- Provide quotes in a simple format so that you can understand the key benefits and pricing of each plan.
- Help you make an informed decision.
- Present your selected employee benefits plan to your employees, explain the benefits of the plan,and respond to their questions (Open Enrollment Meeting).
- Act as your and your employee’s advocate whenever any issues arise about their insurance coverage and benefits.
At renewal time
- Talk with you to determine if your company’s needs have changed.
- Shop the market to see if there is a more appropriate plan.
- Help you make an informed decision.
- Present your selected employee benefits plan to your employees, explain the benefits of the plan, and respond to their questions (Open Enrollment Meeting).
Ongoing
Act as your and your employees’ advocate whenever any issues arise about their coverage and benefits, including resolving billing and claim issues. My personalized service saves you time and ensures that your employees’ privacy is maintained.
