In addition to bringing customized solutions when designing an Employee Benefits program, I help the employer’s Human Resources and Accounting/Finance personnel with managing and resolving the day-to-day issues that arise throughout the year. I act as the employer’s and employee’s advocate to help resolve benefit questions, provider access questions, billing discrepancies and claim issues.
